SAUNA VISIT CHECKLIST

Swimwear
We recommend wool, as it breathes better than synthetic materials and offers a more comfortable experience.

Two towels
One to sit on and one to dry off with. The main rule is that no bare skin should touch the wood, so the towel should cover both the seat and under your feet.

Water bottle
Be sure to hydrate well before entering the sauna. We don’t recommend bringing plastic into the sauna room, as harmful chemicals can be released when heated. Leave your bottle in the changing area and drink during cooling breaks.

Wool socks / bathing shoes
For those who tend to get cold feet.

PIN code
Available under “My Page” on the same day as your booking—link provided in your email or Vipps receipt.
